As a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), Absolute continues to grow since Tracy reinvented the firm by adding of one of the area’s most experienced commercial construction management teams. Tracy believes success comes from working hard to become the best you can be no matter what difficulties you encounter. As President, Tracy is responsible for the successful overall business operation of Absolute. She holds copyrights on many of her Architectural and structural designs.
