Jeff Stacy

Construction Manager

Jeff’s experience as a commercial construction manager was pivotal in re-inventing Absolute Construction in 2005. With over 33 years of experience, Jeff has developed an understanding of all aspects of general construction and construction management. His responsibilities with Absolute include:

  • Managing company operations
  • Business development
  • Quality assurance
  • Owner/Architect liaison
  • Development of project schedules
  • Monitoring progress
  • Subcontractor performance reviews

Jeff started in the construction industry in 1979 working his way through the trenches to become Field Manager. In 1992 Jeff became Division Manager of a large Kenosha based General Contractor, assigned with the responsibility of their new business development in the Milwaukee market. In the final year as Division Manager, the new Milwaukee Division (one of five overall divisions) was accountable for 42% of that year's performance.

By 1996 Jeff was offered the challenge of joining a small Racine based General Contractor, as President/COO. As President he introduced new accounting, management, scheduling, estimating and lead tracking systems. During his tenure as president, he more than quadrupled the average annual volume of the company with the single largest year of $63 million, growing to the 7th largest contractor ranking in Southeastern Wisconsin as published by the Milwaukee Business Journal. In 2005 Jeff joined ACE as Vice President with a concentration on developing Owner's Representative/Construction Management relationships.
