By 1996 Jeff was offered the challenge of joining a small Racine based General Contractor, as President/COO. As President he introduced new accounting, management, scheduling, estimating and lead tracking systems. During his tenure as president, he more than quadrupled the average annual volume of the company with the single largest year of $63 million, growing to the 7th largest contractor ranking in Southeastern Wisconsin as published by the Milwaukee Business Journal. In 2005 Jeff joined ACE as Vice President with a concentration on developing Owner's Representative/Construction Management relationships.
